Petroleum Jelly
Simply apply Petroleum Jelly to make-up free skin before you go to bed & you'll find that your puffy eyes will be banished by the time you wake up.It is also said that Petroleum Jelly promotes eyelash & eyebrow hair growth... so give it a go and let me know what you think!x
